Za realizacj\u0119 programu w ka\u017cdym kraju odpowiedzialni byli operatorzy (po 3 w ka\u017cdym kraju z r\u00f3\u017cnych \u015brodowisk) przeszkoleni w ramach lokalnych szkole\u0144, przy wsparciu 2 trener\u00f3w z organizacji goszcz\u0105cych. Specyficzna struktura program\u00f3w s\u0105siedzkich w ka\u017cdym kraju zosta\u0142a ustalona przez operator\u00f3w i trener\u00f3w na ko\u0144cowych etapach kurs\u00f3w szkoleniowych, w oparciu o
